一. Working Principle 

The core working mechanism of the peanut paste grinder is fluid shearing and ultra-fine grinding.

[Material Input] → [High-Speed Rotary Shearing] → [High-Frequency Vibration and Grinding] → [Micron-Level Finished Product Emulsification]


1. Centrifugal Force Generated by High-Speed Rotation: The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, while the stator remains stationary. 

When particles enter the tiny gap between the stator and rotor, they are subjected to a powerful centrifugal force.


2. Complex Force Field Shearing: The stator and rotor surfaces have complex geometric tooth shapes. When materials pass through extremely small gaps, 

they are subjected to a continuous combined force of high-speed shearing, intense friction, high-frequency vibration, and high-pressure eddy currents.


3. Cell Breakdown and Oil Release: Under strong shearing, the hard cell walls of the raw materials are broken, releasing the internal fats. These released oils 

act as natural lubricants and carriers, highly blending with the pulverized solid particles under high-speed stirring, ultimately achieving emulsification and homogenization.


4. Finished Product Discharge: Under the pressure of its own weight, the material flows downwards along the inclined tooth grooves of the stator and rotor, finally discharging 

from the outlet, forming a fine, uniform, and highly fluid paste.

1. Nut Butter Product Processing: Traditional peanut butter, granulated peanut butter, sesame paste (sesame oil), almond butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter, pistachio butter, etc.
