Operation Instructions
● Plug the machine to power socket. (Please check the machine voltage whether is same as local voltage)
● Loosen the “upper nuts”, then use the”Upper Plate Handle” slide open the “Upper Plate” and remove the steel plate with magnet from the barrel.
● Put a cotton pad at the bottom of the barrel.
● Fill in 1/2 barrel with raw materials then put the steel plate on top of the raw material; fill in the other 1/2 barrel with raw material, then put one cotton pad on top of raw material.
● Use the “Upper Plate Handle” to slide back the “Upper Plate, tighten the “ upper nuts” first and then reverse both nuts one circle backward to loose them.
● Turn on the switch to preheat the heater for 10 minutes ; Do not need to switch on the heater if raw material is hot.
● Switch on the Motor and turn the “Pressure Control Switch” upward to start oil extraction.If the “pressure gauge” shows the pressure reaches to 10Mpa, switch off the “Motor” for 5 seconds then start again cyclically, until the there is no oil extract from the “oil trough”.
● Turn off the “Motor” , turn the “Pressure Control Switch” downward then turn on the “Motor” again for 10 seconds then stop the “Motor” again.
● Use the “upper plate handle” to slide open the “upper plate”, then turn the “Pressure Control Switch” upward.
● Turn on the “Motor” to lift the oil cake from the barrel.
● Remove the oil cake from the barrel.
Important Safeguards
● Before connection, check whether the machine is suitable for the local AC power voltage. Please use single-phase, three pole socket with reliable ground contact.
When connecting to the power supply, please ensure the power supply is safe and reliable.
Do not unplug the power during operation.
Do not plug the machine to power socket when the power cord is damaged.
● Before turning on the machine, please ensure that you are familiar with correct operating steps to avoid any damages or injuries.
● This machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
● During operation, the body of the machine heats up considerably. Touching these parts with bare hands may cause burns! Please exercise great caution and always use the included protective silicon glove.
● Always make sure the machine is assembled correctly before use.
● Be careful not to put your fingers or other objects into the openings of the device.
Do not use kitchen utensils (e.g. spoon, fork, knife, etc.) as a pusher. It may cause a serious injury or damage the device. If material becomes lodged inside and blocks the press, turn the motor off and disassemble the press to remove the blockage.
● Switch off the motor and disconnect from the power outlet before disassembling or changing accessories.
● Never use a hammer or any other similar tools when disassembling the press. This may cause damage not covered by the warranty.
● Do not use the Machine if any part is damaged, or if the motor is not working properly or is damaged in any way.
● Keep the machine away from high temperature, high humanity and naked fire flame.
● Avoid direct sunlight for long time.
● Keep the machine positioned horizontally.
● Do not use raw materials by hands at the inlet.
● Do not clean the main body of the machine with water or detergent.
● Please turn off the machine when cleaning.
● After every oil extraction, please let the machine rest until there is no oil residual (Normally it will take 1~10 minutes, depends on the moisture of the raw material).
The screw may not be removed from the extraction chamber without this procedure.
● Please keep the machine in cool and dry environment.

Warranty service:
1. 12 months warranty from the date of purchase for nuts, upper plate, column, barrel, barrel upper plate, oil conveyor, base plate, and motor.
