Operation process

Firstly, Connect power, turn on the main switch in the distribution box.

Step 1: Set parameters

Turn on the barrel heating switch, regulate the temperature to 150 degrees, then press the downward button on the program plate to set the start and stop time. Set start time to 3 seconds, press OK button, set stop time to 8 seconds, press OK button, now you can put raw materials in.

Step 2: Put raw material in  

Open the upper cover and take out the steel plate. Put a piece of cotton pad on barrel bottom, pour 0.5kg sesame then put a piece of steel plate, repeat above three times(according to different raw materials and pressing request, usually a barrel can be filled with about 1.5kg sesame ), till sesame is 25px from the barrel rim. Put a piece of cotton pad then a piece of steel plate, close the upper cover and tighten the two big nuts, then regulate the nuts to make a gap of 3-4 mm from the upper cover.

Step 3: Pressing

Features

Maintenance

● After every 160 hours working, the oil gauge must be checked to ensure there is enough hydraulic oil to prevent any damages to the machine.

● Please fill in new hydraulic oil once a year to ensure good performance.

● After each press completed, the oil cake and oil residual must be removed from the machine.

● Clean the machine daily for hygiene issue.

● Keep the machine in cool & dry place.
