Working Principle
Screw Oil Press Machine is mainly composed with pressing chamber, feeding hopper, screw assembly, oil cake system, gear box and motor. The main working principle of screw oil machine is extruding oil under pressing chamber push raw material forward continually and extrude oil from raw materials dynamically.
Oil-bearing prepared raw materials are fed from the hopper 1 to extruding chamber when the screw expeller press is running. The screw shaft rotates in the pressing chamber, which drags the raw materials into the machine for crushing. The raw material keeps moving all the time in the pressing chamber.
Under the high pressure of pressing chamber, there is great friction drag between raw material and the screw shaft, also between raw material particles and pressing chamber. Hence, the friction drag and relative movement emerge. On the other hand, the circle diameter of screw shaft is gradually thickening and the screw shaft’s thread distance is reducing little by little. Thus, when the screw shaft is rotating, it squeezes raw materials strongly to extract oil, and push raw material residual outward to the oil cake outlet.
The equipped heater heats up the pressing chamber to satisfy pressing, which will contribute thermal to denature protein in the raw material particles, which also help to improve the oil production yield.
